Document Description
The scope of work includes site preparation, excavation, temporary culvert, remove existing culvert, install new 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), headwalls, backfill, repave and striping, traffic control, and incidental work. This problem must be arrested as soon as possible in order to avoid the failure of travel way. This project was needed to avoid failure or threat of failure to the transportation system, which can result in the loss or impairment of life, health, or property.
