General Plan and Downtown Truckee Plan adoption; Adoption of the Downtown Truckee Plan and Plan and rescinding the Truckee Downtown Specific Plan,
rescinding Town Council Ordinance 97-10 (Truckee Downtown Specific Plan Volume 3: Historic Design Guidelines), Town Council Resolution No. 97-37 (Volume
1: Existing Conditions Report and Final EIR) and Town Council Resolution No. 97-38 (Truckee Downtown Specific Plan Volume 2 Policies & Programs).
