Reasons for Exemption
The training materials to be stored in the storage building would be bulk supplies used in plumbing and pipe operations such as copper, galvanized, and cast-iron pipe and fittings and training equipment including pipe threaders, groovers, pipe vises, decommissioned Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Units, and similar equipment. The storage building would not be used to store chemicals or hazardous materials; the project would not result in new vehicle trips; and no trees would be removed.
