The project is also subject to the Airport Land Use Compatibility (MCAS Miramar), Airport Influence Area (MCAS Miramar Review Areas 1 and 2), Airport FM Part 77 (MCAS Miramar 555ft AMSL), Community Plan Implementation Overlay Zone (CPIOZ) A, Parking Impact (Campus), Parking Standards Transit Priority Area, Transit Priority Area, and Council District 1.
