Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is exempt from CEQA, based on its conformity with Section 15305 (Class 5) of the CEQA Guidelines This exemption consists of minor alterations in land use limitations, in areas with an average slope of less than 20%, not resulting in changes in land use or density.
