Categorical Exemption
Type, Section or Code

Reasons for Exemption
The proposed removal of the portable classrooms, replacement with new portable buildings, building expansion, modernization, new lunch shelter, play structures, outdoor learning space and other site improvements are exempt from CEQA under Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction (Section 15302).
