Document Description
The Project proposes to repair and prevent storm water damage from rainstorms that causes roadway damage on pavement on State Route 121 from Post Mile (PM) 16 to 16.1 in Napa County. Saturated soils underneath the pavement are causing pavement heave and diagonal cracks on the existing asphalt concrete pavement just South of the SR-121 and Wooden Valley Road Intersection that requires repair. The cracks begin from the center-line at PM 16.06 and end at the edge-of-pavement in the southbound direction. This Project would improve roadway safety for vehicles traveling on this route.
