Document Description
The applicant for the proposed Project is requesting approval from the County of Riverside to construct two warehouse buildings totaling 98,940 square feet (SF), parking lot, ornamental landscaping, and associated infrastructure. Each warehouse would be 49,470 SF and provide 46,970 SF of warehouse space and 2,500 SF of first floor office space. Approximately 20 percent of each building would be utilized for cold storage. The proposed buildings would result in an FAR of 0.24, which is below the allowable maximum FAR of 0.60 for the Light Industrial land use designation. The applicant is requesting approval from the County of Riverside for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the parcel into two lots.
