Replace approximately 1,270 existing water meters within existing water meter boxes in the unincorporated communities of Rio Dell, Russian River Terrace, Summerhome Park, Hacienda, Hollydale, Rural Canyon. Reasons for Exemption
The project replaces existing aged and outdated water meters in the existing meter box. Replacement of meters does not require use of heavy construction equipment or disturbance of undisturbed areas. The meter replacement project does not expand use and will result in overall decreased water usage due to more accurate meter reading and leak detection.
