Document Description
Minor Modification to PSP 10-006, MIM 21-053 is to allow for the construction of a 100' x 225' x 28' tall metal building and septic system, for the processing and refining of nuts, berries, and industrial hemp. This will include five (5) areas dedicated to, extraction, distillation, crystallization, chromatography, and reactions. All additional products will be produced in an established location within the original approved areas. The intent of the application is increase diversity for the existing use. The beneficiaries of this project will be the County of Tulare and the Applicant.
