The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Drinking Water System Improvement Project. The Project involves completing feasibility and planning studies for the Project, which include the following: hydrogeology evaluation, development of a hydraulic model and analysis, geotechnical services, preliminary engineering report, development of well site infrastructure and electrical systems, and water distribution system design.
