The following minor zoning code amendments made by Ordinance No. 399 are exempt from CEQA: amendment to Art. 15-45 (clarifies that objective standards in Art. 15-45 apply to all projects); amendment to Art. 15-57 (corrects cross references & clarifies that certain design standards for SB 9 projects always apply because they derive from state law); amendment to Sec. 15-56.025(a)(8) (requirements re accessory dwelling unit (ADU) driveways); amendment to Sec. 15-56.025(a)(11) (requirements re ADU design and materials); amendment to Sec. 15-80.030(l) (HVAC setback for ADUs & for non-ADUs); addition of Sec. 15-58.020(h) (makes park fees a specific requirement for projects subject to the fees, & adding cross-references).
