Document Description
The 1050 zone is MNWD’s highest potable water zone, serving about 708 residential and irrigation service connections within the city of Laguna Niguel. Currently, the 1050 zone’s only source of water is via a single pump station (i.e., Pacific Island Drive Pump Station No. 3). MNWD is seeking to add a secondary source for the 1050 zone to allow for redundancy and continued service during Pacific Island Drive Pump Station No. 3 maintenance or repair. As such, the proposed project would include the installation and operation of a new pump station and approximately 2,000 combined linear feet of new 12-inch diameter suction and discharge piping.
