Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement # EPIMS-RIV-27108-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Indian Oaks Maintenance. The Project proposes to partially dewater the Indian Oaks Reservoir and remove accumulated sediment in the northeast and west side of the reservoir. Project activities are limited to the dewatering and removal of accumulated sediment within the Project site. No additional water control structures are proposed.
