Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments for existing water diversion infrastructure in the South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted from POD-1 for domestic use and irrigation of an existing orchard. POD-2 is not used and shall be dismantled. Permittee shall operate the diversion in accordance with the terms of State Water Resource Control Board, Division of Water Rights License 011113.

The project proposes to continue operation of an existing agricultural water diversion to maintain existing orchard crops. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, threatened, or rare species or their habitat pursuant to §15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
