Document Description
The City of Davis, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), proposes to reconstruct the westbound ramps at the I-80/ Richards Boulevard interchange in the City of Davis by converting a cloverleaf to a tight diamond configuration, construct a grade-separated bicycle and pedestrian path along the west side of Richards Boulevard, close the isolated westbound off-ramp to Olive Drive, and make other related improvements.
