Document Description
The proposed project is for the transfer of up to 500 acre feet of Ventura County Watershed Protection District’s (VCWPD) approved 2021 State Water Project (SWP) Table A Water (VCWPD’s 2021 Table A Water), on behalf of its member unit, the City of San Buenaventura, to SGPWA for use in its service by December 31, 2021. If SGPWA is unable to take full delivery of VCWPD’s 2021 Table A Water under this Agreement, SGPWA may store such water in San Luis Reservoir for later delivery into its service area. Water stored in San Luis Reservoir after December 31, 2021 will become part of SGPWA’s Article 56 Carryover Water.
