The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved and issued a Cannabis License on 10/21/2020 and 1/7/2021 to Craig Nejedly. The BOSIM 4373 LLC applied for a Nursery and Specialty Indoor license types, respectively in greenhouses with less than 10,000 square feet of canopy where 3552 square feet is for cultivation and 6660 s.f. is for nursery activity on a 5.87-acre parcel in a Residential Agricultural zone. The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is a Class 1 Categorical Exemption project. Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions under CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply to this project.
