The proposed project would renovate the first floor of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) Marine Science Development Center (MSDC) Building A. Scope would include demolition and renovation of approximately 2,300 square-feet of existing space into offices, conference space, a kitchenette and storage space. The purpose of the project is to transform an underused space to better utilize the area for faculty, staff, students, and researchers.
