The proposed project activities include: • Mowing and clearing the project area; • Removing 16 native and non-native trees; • Trimming seven native and non-native trees; • Removing up to 30 linear feet of existing concrete swale; • Restoring a minimum of 3 feet of coverage over the exposed pipeline; • Installing a new rip rap swale; • Installing backfill to match the existing grade at the top of the swale; • Installing 25 square yards of biodegradable erosion control blanket along the northern boundary of the proposed swale; • Excavating accumulated debris and soil from the failed concrete swale; • Dewatering if necessary; • Preforming corrective grading of slope and contour for the rip rap swale; and • Hydroseeding using an appropriate native seed mix.
