Document Description
The project consists of a three-phase remodel project for eight groups of restrooms in Terminal and Concourse A with a total floor area of approximately 9,300 square feet. Existing facilities are over 20 years old and need rehabilitation. All existing fixtures and finishes in each restroom space will be removed, and will be completely rebuilt in a way that enhances the user experience. All work will be limited to existing disturbed surfaces and all staging and construction laydown areas will occur on paved areas adjacent to the project site.
