The project proposes establishing the 28-acre Patrick Ranch Museum (PRM) as a Cultural Institution, as defined under the Zoning Ordinance, to preserve and interpret the agricultural history of the Sacramento Valley, including social, cultural, and economic aspects. Ancillary operations to the museum include hosting private and public special events. The facility will also host private special events through rental agreements, including weddings, corporate functions, and other similar event types. Special events would accommodate 50 to 2500 guests per event, or 12,000 people annually, and may include amplified music.
