The City of Anaheim is in the process of preparing a technical update to parts of its General Plan, which constitutes the proposed project. The following element updates and related policy changes are included as part of the proposed project: updates to the Circulation Element and Safety Element, a new Environmental Justice Element, a new Climate Action Plan, and updates to the Zoning Code, Zoning Map and Land Use Element to implement the 2021-2029 Housing Element and other updates to the General Plan elements.
