The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-33337-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Stephen Macie of Somar Land Group, Inc. The Project is limited to the filling and grading of several streams identified as Drainage 1, Drainage 1.1, and Drainage 1.2. The Project will remove the existing drainages and replace them with underground storm drainpipes.
