Reasons for Exemption
The proposed building to be constructed is 950 square feet in size, will occupy a space that is planned and zoned for commercial uses in an urbanized area, would be located in a substantially urbanized area within the city limits, is on a site less than five acres, would not be located in an area that has value to endangered, rare, or threatened species as a habitat, would not have significant impacts to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and would be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
