The Specific Plan would include residential, retail, commercial, park, and public facility uses within a 881-acre area currently located within the Sphere of Influence of the City of Clovis. Implementation of the Specific Plan would result in a maximum of 8,535 residential units, 643,912 square feet of retail uses, and 791,942 square feet of commercial uses. The Specific Plan would require a General Plan Amendment, annexation by the City of Clovis
