An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Statement of Overriding Considerations was certified for the Adelanto Town Center Project (SCH 2009091129) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The Minor Modification application is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 (Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations) of CEQA as the proposed project is covered under the scope of the EIR that was certified for the project and no new information is known that would significantly change any impacts.
