Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SBR-31075-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Silver Peak Energy, LLC. The Project consists of activities associated with construction of a ground-mounted, utility-scale solar energy and energy storage facility of up to 100-megawatt (MW) maximum capacity located on approximately 462 acres. Construction of the Project will result in impacts to jurisdictional areas to ephemeral streams within the solar array fields. A total of 0.1014 acres of state jurisdictional resources will be permanently impacted.
