Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SLO-36205-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works. The project includes activities related to the demolition of the existing Jack Creek Road Bridge and construction of a new cast-in-place concrete box girder two-span replacement bridge along the existing horizontal alignment. The existing bridge is 11- span and 204 feet long, and the new bridge will be approximately 225 feet long by 28 feet wide to accommodate two 10-foot wide traffic lanes, two 2-foot wide shoulders, and two concrete barrier rails.
