Document Description
The project would establish a Future Annexation Area (FAA) for the Metro Air Park Community Facilities District No. 2000-1 (District). On September 26, 2000, the Board established Metro Air Park District and authorized the issuance of bonds to finance the acquisition and construction costs of certain capital public facilities. The Metro Air Park Special Planning Area (SPA) Ordinance requires that properties within the SPA boundaries and not in the District annex into the District prior to development. Establishment of a FAA does not automatically annex Excluded Properties into the District. Property owners wishing to annex their property into the District must submit an annexation application to the Special Districts Section of the County Engineering Division and provide unanimous approval of the annexation.
