This Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (NOI) is to inform the public, and applicable agencies, that the City of Fresno (City) has prepared an Initial Study to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed Project, and has concluded that the Project would not have a significant effect on the environment. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that a Mitigated Negative Declaration will be approved for this project. City staff have reviewed the Initial Study for the project, and based upon substantial evidence in the record, finds that the proposed project could not have a significant effect on the environment with implementation of mitigation measures.
