Document Description
The Madison Community Services District proposes several minor improvements to Tony Lopes Memorial Park in the town of Madison, CA. Project components include addition of 650 square feet of concrete sidewalk and repairing approx. 1,366 square feet of concrete. Replacement of approx. 2,000 linear feet of irrigation line. Installation of new 36’x 63’canvas sail style shade structure over child playground area. Installation of 1,000 linear feet of walking path consisting of aggregate base and decomposed granite surface. Repairs of approx. 28,000 square feet of playfield area. Improved memorial park sign display that includes a raised 8’ radius seating area. There will be nine trees added for additional shared. The project improvements will encourage youth and members of the community and surrounding areas to utilize the facilities in a positive way, and will enhance the aesthetic appearance of the park.
