Document Description
A Changed Plan to authorize minor modifications to an existing wireless communication facility at the Santa Margarita Ford dealership. The proposed modifications include the installation of four rounded dormer vents to the tower roof and the replacement of antennas and related equipment within the existing tower. Reasons for Exemption
Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15311 (Accessory Structures), the proposed project is exempt from CEQA under the Class 1 and Class 11 categorical exemptions since the project involves the installation of minor accessory structures, new rooftop dormer vents, to an existing tower that houses an existing wireless communication facility. The project includes no expansion of the existing building footprint and project site area beyond the existing project site area. Furthermore, all necessary public services and facilities are already available to the project site, and approval of the project will not result in significant adverse effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality.
