Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-22315-R1C pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans; Permittee), represented by Vincent Heim. The project consists installation of an HDPE culvert liner in an existing 4.5’ diameter corrugated steel pipe culvert. Work will occur in the dry, and ESA fencing and concrete slurry retention measures will be installed just outside the outlet to keep slurry contained.
