Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-15374-R1C pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans; Permittee), represented by Frank Demling.
The Permittee proposes to protect the highway from erosion by relocating a drainage system to its natural channel, repairing embankments, increasing the roadway travel lanes to 12-feet wide, and increasing paved shoulders to 4-feet wide within the project limits. The project will replace the existing culvert and down drain and install energy dissipation at the outlet.
