Caltrans Right of Way Utility Engineering unit has contracted American Integrated Services, Inc., to perform Potholing (Positive Location of Underground Facilities) for the Wheeler Ridge CAPM project. The proposed potholing work includes: drilling 6 to10 holes, 6 to 8 inches in diameter, with a maximum depth of 6 feet within the Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this action is to positively identify underground utilities that may be in conflict with the project during construction.
