The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. LAN-23730-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ravello Holdings as represented by Kevin Harbison.
The project is limited to the construction of 168 units of new single-family housing lots in Palmdale, California. The project would include widening Palmdale Boulevard; grading, filling in, and relocating a portion of an ephemeral streambed; and grading another portion of the ephemeral streambed to create a uniform nine-foot wide earthen channel.
