Replace the existing natural turf baseball field with an artificial turf field, including subgrade and drainage, proposed accessibility improvements, new dugouts and bullpens, new bleachers, removal of the existing field irrigation system, and new fencing. Lighting would not change, and hours and intensity of field use would be the same as at present.
