Document Description
The project is limited to the annual removal of accumulated debris at the White Mallard Weir and Fish Ladder, located on Butte Creek. Up to 0.005-acres (210-square-feet) of vegetation may be trimmed to allow access to open water. No permanent impacts are authorized in vegetation trimming activities. An excavator will be used from the levee access rood to remove debris from Butte Creek. Best Management Processes will be used to ensure that no sediment enters the waterway. The removed debris will be collected and transported offsite for future disposal. No soil excavation or compaction is authorized for this project.
