Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. A new diversion of Orestimba Creek will be created with the construction of a turnout, diversion pipes, and pumping station. In addition, approximately 60 acres of new recharge and storage ponds will be constructed east of the Delta-Mendota Canal along with constructing four recovery wells and appurtenant pipelines for an expected total recovery capacity about 3,780 acre-feet-per-year.
