Document Description
Repair and maintenance of the existing publicly owned storm drain facilities along Cleveland Street from Mission Avenue to Surfrider Way and west towards The Strand. The upgraded storm drain system will reduce flooding of roadways in downtown Oceanside. The existing storm drains will be replaced on a parallel system with larger diameter drain pipes. There would be 12 drainage pipe upgrades totaling approximately 2,990 feet of new pipeline. The storm drain outlet will replace the existing facility in the same location and have two parallel trunks and a bubbler retrofit grate allowing for maximum water flow.
