The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Cuyama CSD Water System Capital Improvements. The Project includes feasibility and planning studies that include project design development and information collection for the proposed distribution system pipelines replacement, storage tank(s) replacement, and communications improvements to the existing arsenic treatment plant.
