Document Description
William Bolthouse Farms Inc. proposes to construct a water treatment facility and pump station within an existing graveled maintenance yard in a light industrial area to serve the Bolthouse Farms commercial processing facility across the street. The facility will consist of fourteen 18’ by 12’ granulated activated carbon treatment vessels which will be installed on a 4,752-square-foot concrete pad and a 115,000 million-gallon backwash tank (approximately 855 square feet). Pumps will be installed under a new 400-square foot, 12-foot high shade structure. Water will be pumped from three existing off-site wells to the treatment facility Piping will connect the new treatment facility to the existing water system and stormwater pond. A chain link fence will be installed around the facility.
