Document Description
Plan Orinda is a long-range planning effort that includes updates the Housing Element, the Land Use Element, and the Safety Element section of the Environmental Resources Chapter of the General Plan. In addition, the project includes the Downtown Precise Plan which includes new development standards and the adoption of objective design standards for the area. The Housing Element will help Orinda meet its regional housing needs allocation (RHNA).
