Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-23165-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mendocino County Department of Transportation. The Project proposes to install a 24” culvert under a road crossing near the headwaters of Neefus Gulch. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, setting new culvert to grade, compaction of fill, and rock armoring above the culvert and on the road to minimize erosion.
