The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-RIV-28133-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Beaumont, as represented by Carole Kendrick. The 1.59-acre Project consists of impacts to an unnamed tributary to the San Timoteo Wash from grading and filling as part of the development of two primary structures, which includes a fire station (4,730 square feet) and an administrative building (4,791 square feet), in addition to construction of stormwater infiltration systems, landscaping, and roads and parking (21,569 square feet).
