Document Description
The primary scope of work includes the reconstruction of curb and gutter and sidewalk along the portion of Elm Avenue that fronts the Coalinga Fire Department. Existing street trees have damaged the existing curb and gutter and sidewalk resulting in limited pedestrian accessibility as well as ponding of storm water. In addition to curb and gutter and sidewalk reconstruction, the work entails asphaltic plug paving, tree removal, installation of porous pavement tree surrounds, installation of pedestrian lighting facilities, planting of new street trees, installation of irrigation facilities, and placement of street furniture.
