Document Description
LADWP proposes administrative modifications to three points of diversion of tributaries to the Bouquet Reservoir. No physical changes, construction, or ground disturbance will occur. With reference to former change petitions with the State Water Resources Control Board, three applications Nos. A5759, A1136 and A1137 will be incorporated into a new permit application.
The present location of 5759 is (1) North twenty-three hundred seventy (2370) feet and West four hundred eighty (480) feet, and (2) North twenty-seven hundred twenty-five (2725) feet and West three hundred twenty (320) feet from the southeast corner of Section 21, T. 6 N., R. 14 W., S.B.M. and being within the (1) NE¼ of SE¼, and (2) SE¼ of NE¼ of said Section 21.
The present location of 1136 is North six hundred (600) feet and East three hundred (300) feet from southwest corner of the NE¼ of SE¼ of Section 21, T. 6 N., R. 14 W., S.B.M., being within NE¼ of SE¼ of said Section 21.
The present location of 1137 is North five hundred (500) feet and East three hundred and fifty (350) feet from the SW corner of the NW¼, of SE¼, Section 21, T.6 N., R. 14 W., S.B.M., being within Nw¼ of SE¼ of said Section 21.
The proposed location of the above three springs is North thirty (30) feet and West two hundred and fifty (250) feet from the SE corner of SE¼, of SE¼, Section 19, T. 6 N., R. 14 W., S.B.M. and being within the SE¼ of SE¼ of said Section 19.
