Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to cold plane 0.25 inches of existing asphalt concrete pavement, replace with Type A Hot Mix Asphalt after sealing cracks and repairing failed localized areas, overlay the entire roadway with 0.10 foot of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt Gap-Graded Bonded Wearing Course, and construct shoulder backing. The project also proposes to upgrade Transportation Management Strategy elements and culverts within the project limits. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has issued a Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Project impacts to waters of the state.
