Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to cold plane 0.25 inches of existing asphalt concrete pavement, replace with Type A Hot Mix Asphalt after sealing cracks and repairing failed localized areas, overlay the entire roadway with 0.10 foot of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt Gap-Graded Bonded Wearing Course, and construct shoulder backing. The project also proposes to upgrade Transportation Management Strategy elements and culverts within the project limits.
